How do I reserve av equipment or services with you?

Payments can be done through our website, using PayPal secure system, you just must:
– Select the equipment or package you need.
– Select the number of days for rental.
– Select the equipment you want to rent.
– Click on “Add to Car“.
– Once you finish selecting the equipment, you can click on “Cart” or “Checkout“. In the Checkout window, you must input information about your event: Contact name and phone number, as well as the event date, time, and place where it will take place.
– Click on “PayPal”

How do I pick up and drop off the av equipment?

We will deliver the equipment at least one hour before the event starts. We set up all devices and picked them up after the event.

Can I use an outside AV provider in hotels?

Yes, you can hire an outside AV provider to help you with your event in a hotel, restaurant, or any other place. We have worked in many places throughout the years. When in charge, we usually contact the place where you will hold the event in advance to know the procedure for external providers.

Can you set up and bring down the AV equipment for me?

Sure, we can. All our AV rentals include set and strike services. This means a professional technician will set up the AV equipment and then take it down once your event is over.

How long will it take you to set up the equipment?

Depending on the equipment needed for your event, we can set it up in 30 minutes for a small event or a couple of hours for a larger one.

Will the technician be onsite during the meeting?

An expert can help you during your event. We offer onsite AV technicians at an hourly rate. During your event, a technician will be in the room to monitor the systems. He will be sure everything goes smoothly.
