If you’re looking for a projector rental, you’ve come to the right place. Great for conferences, trade shows, meetings, and professional events. The Economic Conference Package is our cheapest projector and screen rental package. It includes a video projector, projection screen with a skirt, projector stand, and wiring to connect devices. We recommend this package for visual presentations where sound is not needed, for example, a PowerPoint presentation to show statistical graphics or charts in a small room.

The cost to rent a projector and screen together varies depending on the duration, model, and days you need the equipment. An affordable package costs an average of $239 per day. It includes a 3000-lumens projector, a 6 ft projection screen with a skirt, a safe-lock tablet, a speaker with a stand, and a handheld microphone with a Microphone stand.
Equipment delivery takes place on the day of your event. Installation is included and takes between 30 and 60 minutes.

Payments can be done through our website, using PayPal secure system, you just must:
– Select the equipment or package you need.
– Select the number of days for rental.
– Select the equipment you want to rent.
– Click on “Add to Car”.
– Once you finish selecting the equipment, you can click on “Cart” or “Checkout”. In the Checkout window, you must input information about your event: Contact name and phone number, as well as the event date, time, and place where it will take place.
– Click on “PayPal” to pay with a credit card. A new window will open. If you have a PayPal account, use your username and password to log in. If you don’t have an account, select “Pay with a debit or credit card, or Bill Me Later”
– Input information about the form of payment and follow the instructions.
– Once your payment is made you will receive confirmation from PayPal, and a few hours later we will send an email with confirmation about your event reservation.
